\n• Manage and maintain a dynamic schedule, including studio sessions, performances, and promotional activities.
\n• Handle correspondence via email, phone, and social media.
\n• Book travel and accommodations for events and tours.
\n• Assist with contract organization and filing.
\n \nCreative and Marketing Assistance
\n• Coordinate content creation with videographers, photographers, and designers.
\n• Assist with brainstorming and executing creative ideas for music videos, social media campaigns, and branding.
\n• Help manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, responding to fans, and monitoring engagement.
\nEvent Coordination
\n• Plan and organize music video shoots, live performances, and fan events.
\n• Work with venue staff and event organizers to ensure smooth operations.
\n• Prepare props, wardrobe, and other necessary materials for shoots and shows.
