Picker/PackerPartners Personnel is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers for a warehouse in Moreno Valley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or RF scanners.Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.Label and prepare shipments according to company guidelines.Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before packing.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.Follow all company safety procedures and policies.RequirementsPrevious warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred.Experience using an RF scanner is a plus.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
